WFS is employing 62 experienced fulltime employees, working in our 7500 sq. meter warehouse and our 630 sq. meter office. We are working 24h a day and 365 days a year to provide you excellent service.

On the tarmac-side, we have a 980 Sq. meter stacking area...

...provided with a 24h camera surveillance, equipped with a recording system for movement detection.

Also inside the warehouse and all the loadingquays are equipped with a 24h camera surveillance with movement detection.

All our doors are locked with a computer-controlled "security access control system" to avoid that strangers will enter the cargospace.

On the frontside of our building we have 2 ULD (un-) loading systems and 7 other (off-) loadingquays. Inside the warehouse, we have a seperated space for dangerous goods and a space for valuable cargo.

An automatic ULD transport, break-down and build-up system (linked with our truck loading system) guarantees us a smooth handling for pallets and containers.

For all your import- and export shipments containing perishable goods, we have a "Port of Entry" coolroom and several cooling and freezing facilities.

We have 2 X-Ray machines for lower deck volumes (170 x 140cms).
10 Forklifts 3500kg, 1 Forklift 7500kg, 2 vans for transport, 2 Charlatte Tugs and 3 Gasoline Tugs are helping us a little bit to handle the cargo.

With our 20 feet scale up to 40.000kgs, we can tell you the exact weight of all your shipments, even if they just weigh 1kg.

Inside the office we are using the program Cargospot to provide excellent services to our clients. This program is linked with Belgian Customs (Sadbel) so it will send all the import- and exportdetails automaticly to Sadbel. It will print all the necessary documents and it will send automaticly a message of arrival to the consignee.

To handle our dangerous goods shipments, we are using Dangerous Goods Manager. This program is helping us by checking the documents and the freight, it can make our Notocs (Notification to Captain) and other documents for dangerous goods handling by air or by road.

To provide a better "track and trace" service, WFS started to use their new scanners. Every package delivered in the WFS-warehouse, will be scanned. These scanners are linked with the cargosystem "Cargospot" which enables WFS and all their airlines to have an up-to-date overview of the acceptation-operations in the warehouse.

The continuous growth of cargo volumes and the ambition to keep services and comfort to our clients and our staff on a high level, forced WFS to extend the offices, breakroom and archives. In July 2004 WFS finished the construction of 250 sq. meter new offices.

WFS also tries to have a customerfriendly approach, especially where deliveries or pick-ups are concerned. Therefore, WFS has installed a webcam which enables you to check the number of trucks loading or unloading at the gates. It is also a useful tool for the airlines because they can check at any given moment, if their truck already arrived and how long loading or unloading takes.
